Return Policy

(a) Return

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, including defective, damaged, not as described, you can return them for a refund. Please attach the photos of the item you received to the email which you contact our service team to make a return. In this way, we can improve our service quality and fulfill your return request as soon as possible.

To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:

-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with the original label

Customers have 14 days from the date of receive to change their mind and return the items without explaining the reason and arkget.com has to issue a refund. You can request a return by contacting us at support@arkget.com.

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

The return/exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).

After receiving the returned item, arkget.com has to issue a refund back to the customers' account.

(b) Damaged Products

Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to arkget.com for a full refund. Please note that products will not be considered damaged if the damage is only limited to the packing outside and the contents remain intact.

(d) Refund

We will do a refund once we've received the item you've returned.

The refund will be returned in 7 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.

There might be a little bit of delay for your fund return request due to that we usually handle it twice a week. Any questions please contact us at support@arkget.com, we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

(e) Cancellation

You can cancel your order before your item is shipped:

(1) Your order could be fully refunded within 24 hours after purchase if it has not been shipped.

(2) Your order could only be partially refunded more than 24 hours after purchasing.
