- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

- Items returned after 14 days of receipt

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return

3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions

4. Pack your items securely and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method

5. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items and process your refund

Refund Information

- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method

- The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount

- Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account


- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time

- If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item


- Full refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been shipped

- After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they are already in the processing stage.
