If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectations, whether due to being defective, damaged, or not as described, you can return them for a refund. Please attach photos of the item you received to the email when contacting our service team for the return process. To be eligible for returns, please ensure that:

- Items to be returned are unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the original label intact.

Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Return/exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

(b) Damaged Products

Any items damaged upon arrival can be returned to for a full refund. Please note that products will not be considered damaged if the damage is limited to the outer packaging and the contents remain intact.
